Known for his elite hand speed, touch at the net, and ability to generate spin from anywhere on the court, Donald built a reputation as one of the most naturally gifted players of his generation.

Now transitioning into pickleball, Donald brings that same high-level feel, fast hands, and competitive edge—making him a perfect fit for the Flick Weight system.

About Us

At Flick Weight, we started with a simple problem: we wanted to improve our paddle performance without the hassle. Like many players, we got tired of chopping up and hiding lead strips, unwrapping grips, removing staples, and not having a simple way to add or remove weight to our paddles. So, we decided to create a solution.

What began as a personal project quickly turned into something much bigger. As soon as other players saw our custom-made weights, they wanted them too. Flick Weight was born out of the realization that we weren’t the only ones searching for a better way to customize paddle performance.
