Flick Weight's Ultimate Stocking Stuffer Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Flick Weight's Ultimate Stocking Stuffer Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Flick Weight LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM Arizona time (MST) and ends December 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time (MST) (the “Promotion Period”). All times are Arizona time (MST, UTC-7). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter by Qualifying Purchase

Place an eligible order on FlickWeight.com during the Promotion Period. An eligible order is an order that is fully paid and not canceled, refunded in full, flagged as fraudulent, or a test order. An order that is canceled or fully refunded before the winner is drawn does not earn an entry. If the potential winner's qualifying order is canceled or fully refunded after the drawing, that entry is void and an alternate winner will be selected. Partially refunded orders remain eligible. Each eligible order earns one entry for the Arizona calendar day on which it was placed, subject to the entry limits in Section 6. Orders placed via guest checkout are eligible and are matched by the email address on the order.

5. How to Enter for Free

Visit flickweight.com/pages/giveaway during the Promotion Period, complete the free entry form with your full name, email address, and state of residence, confirm you are 18 or older, agree to these Official Rules, and submit. You must confirm your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to you within forty-eight (48) hours after it is sent; unconfirmed entries are not eligible. Each free entry counts for the Arizona calendar day on which it was submitted. Free entries receive the same odds and are subject to the same limits as purchase entries.

6. Entry Limits and Duplicate Entries

Limit: one (1) entry per person per Arizona calendar day, regardless of method. If a person earns more than one entry on the same day (for example, a purchase and a free entry, or multiple orders), only one entry counts for that day. Entrants are identified by name and email address. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, scripts, bots, or other automated means to exceed the limit will void all of that person's entries.

7. Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of the prize package pictured on the Promotion page, including assorted Flick Weight paddle weights and accessories, Flick Weight overgrips, NeeDoh sensory toys, one (1) Stanley tumbler, and Lifetime Pickleballs. Prize items may vary from those pictured. Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. No cash or other substitution by the winner.

8. Random Drawing and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted by Sponsor on or about December 3, 2026, or as soon as practical after eligible entries are verified. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification and Alternate Winners

The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification being sent. To claim the prize, the potential winner must confirm by email reply that they meet the eligibility requirements (age, U.S. residency, and state) and provide a U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner can't be reached, doesn't respond in time, is ineligible, or doesn't comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternate winners, each subject to the same 72-hour response requirement.

10. Prize Fulfillment and Shipping

The prize will be shipped at Sponsor's expense to the winner's U.S. address the day after the winner confirms eligibility and provides a shipping address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the prize has been handed to the carrier.

11. Taxes and Winner Responsibilities

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If required by law, the winner may need to provide tax information (such as an IRS Form W-9) before receiving the prize.

12. General Conditions and Fraud Prevention

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these rules, and may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control corrupt its administration, in which case the winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor's decisions are final.

13. Privacy and Use of Entrant Information

Information collected is used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and contact and deliver the prize to the winner, as described in our Privacy Policy. Entrants are not subscribed to marketing emails unless they separately opt in. Entrant information is never displayed publicly.

14. Publicity

Where permitted by law, the winner's first name, last initial, and state may be announced by Sponsor without further compensation.

15. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Stanley, Lifetime, or the makers of NeeDoh.

16. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, undelivered confirmation emails, or technical failures of any kind.

17. Winner List and Sponsor Contact
